Who's the big dog?

Look at those happy tails!
Maverick tries relentlessly to be the big dog. Dallas & Mav are evenly matched in weight, but Dallas is stronger. Maverick dominates in the house, Dallas dominates outdoors. This doesn't stop Mav from trying to be the big dog, but she's usually the one that ends up covered in leaves/snow/whatever...

Spotlight On: Midnight

Midnight
This is another cat that does not live with me. It's one of my friend Bonnie's cats, Midnight. She's the one that travels a lot and I watch her four-footed friends when she does. Well back when she lived in Georgia, she had four cats and when she would travel, she would stock up the automatic feeders and the boys could come and go through a pet door. She came back from one trip and counted five cats sleeping on her bed, not four. The newest addition was Midnight. Scrawny little kitten who just followed the other guys home one day...

Deer? Yeah, we got deer

Un-retouched photo of deer at dusk...
For those who need a little help...
I snuck up on this one...
I do have better pictures of deer in my yard, but this is more fun. Right?

Mom's Menagerie

Spike--yes, those are his fangs
Up in the cat tree tube
Is it a pillow or a cat?
I went to CA to visit my mom and came back home thinking that my cat Elmo is smaller. This is because her cats are H-U-G-E!!!!

All three cats are long hairs in addition to their hefty bodies. Spike is her newest addition. He has six toes on his front feet which make him look like he's wearing boxing gloves. Charli and Cheyenne are twin tortoise shells. These cats are in the 15+ pound range. One of them slept with me and kept me from missing my animals too terribly.
